Reviews Summary

Bol Marina is celebrated for its charming waterfront, clear blue waters, and lively yet relaxed island vibe. Visitors appreciate the abundance of excellent seafood restaurants and the picturesque setting, especially during sunset. While it can get very busy in peak season, the town's historic alleys and proximity to Zlatni Rat beach add to its appeal.

"Bol Port is a charming and lively spot that perfectly captures the relaxed island vibe. The waterfront is beautiful with crystal-clear blue water and plenty of boats gently bobbing. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy fresh seafood and local wines while watching the sunset. The port area is easy to explore on foot and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re arriving by ferry or just visiting for the day, Bol Port is a great place to soak in the natural beauty and laid-back spirit of the island."

"Very cosy little town with beautiful buildings and lots of nice restaurants. Came here with a daycruise from Makarska and the first thing that meets you is the boat taxis or train to the Zlatni Rat beach. But it is well-worth the time to explore the town a bit to see the small alleys with cafes and restaurants."

Kim Blomgren

"We went to Bol as part of a excursion on a boat. Bol was very busy and several boat excursions follow the same rout and times from Makarska. We had one hour in Bol but it was so busy we gave up trying to walk the streets, it really is just a tourist stop and thats the kind of shops we saw. We decided to just sit and have a beer, that was our best option. If you dont mind very busy places that you have no space then you may enjoy it."
