"Beautiful place! The museum itself and the entrance to it!
There is parking in front of the museum (which we found very helpful) and a clear stone path to the entrance of the museum form it.
We were there an hour before closing, there was one man on staff and he was very nice and helpful. He told us were we can and can't go and when we had questions he had answered us in comprehendible details.
I recommend planning to be there for at least half an hour. Really interested exhibits that give you glimpse of the past.
Definitely recommend visiting!"

"Brilliant. From the connection to the Napoleonic wars sir Sydney Smith and sharing the house with local family as consul.
The folk history of Cyprus from gen to more modern times. Silk production, weaving, printed fabrics, and clay vessel production.
Well worth the visit.
Very welcoming staff. Any questions, just ask."

"Such an incredibly interesting place to visit with not only historical photographs of traditional tools and trade but first hand accounts by surviving elderly women who will work the loom there and then. You can purchase handmade silk and cotton weaved gifts. No pressure to buy but impossible to resist such beautiful artifacts made by such lovely people."
