Any good hikes or nature walks around Larnaca?
I'll be in Larnaca in October and would love to do a day hike if there is anywhere that is easy access either through public transport, hired car or renting a car for the day. I appreciate any help.

"A hidden gem where migratory ducks pause on Africa-Europe routes. The reeds rustle with snakes that locals say bring good luck. Ancient clay pipes still drain the marsh as they did in Roman times. A charming location, worth visiting if you get the chance."

"Small but lovely. I went there at sunset and the sky after rain was fantastic!
There was stairs to go up and see the lakes and birds. There were some goose at that time some other birds I didnt recognize from afar. I suggset you take binoculars with you as you can not get close to the fenced lake."
