"We had my mom's ceremony here. The arrangement of the bouquets, music, etc. went great. But when it came to the ceremony itself, it was crazy. Their orator completely changed her name in his speech and overall their organization was terrible. People who attended the funeral said they had never experienced anything like it.
After a week or so, the urn went to be picked up and the employees were arrogant, as if they didn't mind you being there at all. Never again.. If you want a nice farewell, definitely not here.."
