What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the breathtaking views from the outdoor thermal pool and the relaxing warmth of the water. The variety of saunas and the unique sauna ceremonies are also highly praised. However, some guests find the directions confusing and the changing rooms/saunas to be a cultural adjustment due to their mixed-gender and clothing-optional nature. A few reviews mention issues with unfriendly staff.
"Pool with the greatest view! I really enjoyed it. We visited after 6 pm, so had a chance to see the view in daylight and after the sunset. Thermal pool warm and very relaxing. Various saunas to choose from. It’s nice that towel is included in the price. I haven’t seen slides or other playground for infants, so this is rather for adults or older children. Personally consider it a plus :)"

"Amazing view from the pool! 2 swimming pools outside, one with water features and lanes and other one a hot spring pool. The saunas were lovely, lots of different kinds. We went to a sauna ceremony which was amazing, very much enjoyed."
Rachael
"The pools were very interesting. One was cooler with chlorine and various types of springs, and the other one sprouted water from the natural iron-water in Karlovy Vary. The view of the town was great! The only issue I had was figuring out how to access the pools. I also was unable to find the sauna. Confusing directions. However, I recommend this place!"
