"Casa de Campo Resort was absolutely exceptional. From the resort itself, to the food and the amazing friendly, helpful staff, it was amazing.
My husband and I have recently returned from a week's all inclusive holiday and it was my husband's birthday while we were there. The staff made us feel so special especially on his birthday.
The resort was absolutely stunning and there were so many different amazing restaurants to choose from as part of the all inclusive deal, and the food in every single one was absolutely delicious.
Our room was beautiful and kept immaculate by the hotel staff.
We have been to all inclusive resorts before, but this is in a different league! Would highly recommend to anyone."

"While Casa de Campo remains at the top of luxurious destinations in The Caribbean and DR…they have to consider investing more in the Check-In process for visitors and Airbnb users and their current system to check in outside the hotel truly sucks!!

We’ve had a second BAD EXPERIENCE this past weekend while we stayed at a luxurious accommodation there.

The Check -in office located near the highway helpd us with the initial process and gave us an ID Card that was supposed to serve as an pass to go inside and outside the property.

The guards at the gate located near the highway asked us for our passports to access the property…while the main offi e told us to keep our passports in a safe place the guards denied our access twice and they treated us partially inappropriate foenthe type of service expected there.

Especially a gentleman with the name YUSNIER… who acted like a supervisor of the Guards and was wearing a white shirt with no uniform.

He was treating us like total criminals and due to lack of time in personally didn’t escalated this concern while there but this is definitely something that is not supposed to be happening in a place like casa de campo.

I’m not sure exactly what is the problem there but the office told me one thing and the guards something different… very confusing and very disturbing as well .

I’m not sure if the guards are employed by casa de campo or simply contracted … but they definitely acted as if they “Owned “ the right to access regardless if you are staying in the property or not .

I hope someone can read this post and answers me the questions below:

1- Is the ID card provided at the time to register with the check in office sufficient to access the property?

2- Is the Guard employed by casa de campo ?

I would like to find out who was right and who was wrong either the check in office or the supervisor YUSNIER .

I’m not accusing anyone in particular but since we have a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this #1 resort we want to voice our concern to make sure that casa de campo take the appropriate measures and correct their wrongs and train their personal properly so this situations are avoided … primarily to people and their families that go there to have ZERO stress and spend time relaxing from the busy life of the first world .

Lastly I want to say that we have been visiting the property since 2010 and always stayed at the hotel and never had this issue before … this is why I’m not so sure if Mr. YUSNIER was responsible for this and he didn’t apply to rule as the general public or if something has changed ..nevertheless I truly believe that casa de campo should expedite the check in process and for the visitors perhaps should create a digital QR code with access or something digital tag we could carry on our phones instead of the passport… the passport is a delicate document that can get lost , damaged or wet and is not something you can recuperate in a day … casa the campo should have the means to create something better in my opinion more this days when everything is digital .
