"This absolutely stunning volcanic hot springs was a wonderful experience. The views are lovely, the atmosphere is like a dream. The hot springs is relaxing, a cold plunge is refreshing, a healing and holistic experience. They charge a fee upon entry, upgrades are available. If you are interested in spa services it’s advised to book in advance. Unfortunately they did not have availability the day of, for a massage so I opted for general admission and was very pleased with that option. Facilities are well kept and efficient, with towel rentals, lockers, baskets to carry your items, showers, changing room, clean restrooms. I would highly recommend visiting here is you’re traveling to the area. It’s worth the drive, which is also beautiful with plenty of local restaurants."

"What a beautiful place! To enter the park, there is a 4km drive up a rough, dirt road which gains you a lot of elevation. Once at the entrance, there are a number of trails to take! This is the habitat of the spectacled bear and mountain tapir so if you're very lucky you may have a chance of seeing them! Beautiful highland scenery with lots of lakes and pampas hills! Definitely recommend, not very far from Quito."

"Beautiful hike with no entry fee. We saw several ant pittas, Andean fox, and rabbit. Spectacular hike. Come prepared for changing weather. Wear layers and expect possible rain. Rubber boots is advisable for some parts of the trail."
