What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Dahab's dive sites for their vibrant marine life, easy shore access, and the unique underwater museum. The warm waters and friendly atmosphere of the beachfront cafes are also highlights. Some note that entry can be choppy and visibility may vary, with certain areas being more sandy than coral-rich.
"Entry area can be choppy due to waves and the visibility in the beginning of the dive was not very good, however there is a small underwater museum where you can see a donkey and some chairs. The dive is mainly seaweed patches and sand with only a few corrals"

"Amazing.
Here was my first and some of the early dives for my open water license course.
Water is warm (Feb/ 22c) . Some patchy areas of sand we did some training. You still enjoy the beautiful colourful sea life, wide variety of fish π π and corals. Not too busy. And there are many divers friendly cafes outside. Eger you could leave your belongings safely and enjoy the water and warm shower and delicious food after.."

"Beautiful Dive Site located near the Lighthouse Bay in Dahab. You can dive from Mashraba over to the underwater museum to the Lighthouse Reef. Sometimes you can do a drift dive when the currents are strong.
On this dive site I saw the biggest stone fish ive seen to date. Around 40-50cm big. Amazing! I did my dives with a dive guide from Dahab Divers Lodge."
