"Really good place for walk or for run. Also u can make tour with your bicycle. I hear also there is possibility to rent small boat and make tour by yourself , u can use and drive it , dont need any license drive for it. Maybe next time when i visit , i can try."

"Impressive aquaduct that makes a safe crossing over the river Loire and connects the Canal Latéral with the Briare Canal. Once used by cargo boats it is now used mainly by pleasure boats and canal cruisers. On the sides you can cycle and walk.
The aquaduct was built between 1890 and 1896 by the company of Gustav Eiffel and has a metal trough resting on 14 stone piers. With a length of 662 meter it was when completed the longest navigable aquaduct in the world.
There are elaborate lamp posts at each end, reminiscent of the Pont Alexander III in Paris.
