You wallk up this ancient stone staircase and into the ruins of this huge dramatic castle. 360 degeees around the castle are these unbelivable views of the mountains and valleys and just imagining daily life up there was surreal. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. An absolute must. Also the guide and historian is wonderful and highly knowledgable about the history of the castle. Cannot belive this site is not more well known."

"If you enjoy some history and a great view, this is not to be missed. The “secret” back stairs down are steep and I’d be nervous taking a child down them but are worth the stress of climbing down. The little historical markers with descriptions add all the flavour you’ll need to whet your imagination 💭!
