"My experience at the Château de Lourmarin was fantastic. We were greeted by friendly donkeys and, the staff was very informed and friendly. We came in and immediately we were given a scavenger hunt for free, it took us around the castle on a self tour. Personally I think that the best part of the tour is getting to the end and the highest point in the tower. I highly recommend this if you are visiting Provence you visit this place. It was a short drive from Bonnieux where I was staying."

"This is such a beautiful and authentic part of the South of France experience, there was a lot of beautiful architecture and landscape in which this made it on of our highlights of the trip, we say. It is a great experience walking around the grounds, olive groves and down through the town because it wasn't too busy when we visited so it was relaxing and the quietest place we visited whilst in the South of France! There were a lot of mosquitos so be aware when you're at the chateau but that didn't dull our experiences. You must stop by!!"
Maya
"A great experience walking through the Château. We received a guided pamphlet that explained every room in concise detail. We also were lucky enough to view a very talented young man playing a piano in the theatre room which was a treat! Definitely worth the 8 euros!"
