"Although all the room have no air conditioner but it was a pleasant stay in this place. In room there is a mini kitchen, a sofa bed and balcony. Wifi not to strong, breakfast not american style but more likely french style. Range 500m from the hotel you will find cafes, restaurants and also minimarket. Not 24hrs receptionist service but all the staff are very helpful and nice. What an excellent service from them."

It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam."

we booked the hotel before looking into the details and thought there was a pool or could participate in relaxing but the girl didn’t explain anything to us. Disappointed the next day when we saw an older couple get a full tour and explanation of the hotel. we wanted to take a coffee at the restaurant but it was closed.
Parking is extra. The bathtub didn’t have a plug so had to ask. As a younger individual I think all people should be treated not just if we look like we have money. Had a similar treatment in a restaurant in riom and don’t recommend stopping."
