"Le Salin de l’île Saint-Martin is one of the highlights of Gruissan. The salt marshes are stunning, with colors that change throughout the day, and you can learn a lot about traditional salt production. There’s a guided tour available, but even walking around on your own is enjoyable. The shop carries regional products, and the restaurant offers excellent fresh seafood and oysters right by the water. A unique mix of nature, culture, and gastronomy."
