"It's a beautiful place with many fountains and interesting sculptures.
If you ever visit it make sure to check out the timescope machine in front of the tramway stop, it will allow you to see in 3D how the city was in the past, there are 2 years that you can check, one before the world war where the city got completely destroyed and one after it. It's a unique experience."

"The City Hall square is one of the central places worth visiting in Le Havre, and that's just because of the gardens.
The Jardins are really beautiful, spread around the square with fountains around, very pleasant to walk through.
However, the huge concrete City Hall, reminding on some East Germany railway station totally spoils the impression and therefore I rate it 3 stars"
Dejan Braki
"The hall itself is not the most beautiful of buildings. However the gardens, plaza, statues, and other amazing things around it more than make up for it and are well worth wandering around regardless of the time of year."
