"A hidden gem near Nice Airport. The building itself is striking, modern and floating above water. Inside, you’ll find a compact but elegant collection of Asian art from China, Japan, India and Southeast Asia. Exhibits are well explained in French and English. Free entry, calm atmosphere, and a lovely escape from the busy city. Great to combine it with a stroll through Parc Phoenix next door."

"Note - as of August 2025 they will allow you to store backpacks in their lockers but not wheeled luggage. Apparently it is a city policy at all museums and zoos due to the 2016 terrorist incident. However, we were told that the coffee shop across the street (Emilie and the cool kids) will let you leave your wheeled luggage there.
Otherwise, it's a small museum composed of 3 small floors. Cool temporary exhibit on sumo wrestling.
storage, backpack, luggage, suitcase"

"Really nice collection of Asian art. It’s fairly small, takes about an hour or two max, but entrance is free. Temporary exhibition are also good, mix of modern and classic art. Near the airport and tram station, so worth to visit for a pleasant afternoon!"
