"An incredible structure that, as soon as I walked in, for some reason reminded me of the stable at the monastery in Game of Thrones! The “Jardins Enluminés” exhibition was stunning, and inside I felt such peace with the transitions between the seasons.
From the top of the tower, you can gaze over all of Perpignan and imagine what it was like in ancient times…. what it meant to be a knight.
I loved visiting the church and the King’s chambers.
PS: The structure could use more care regarding dust cleaning along the stairs and rooms."

"Palace of the Kings of Majorca, a great visit, the palace was well maintained, it felt totally authentic throughout. I climbed to the top of the tower and got an amazing view. There was a light show in one of the ground floor rooms. Outside the entrance, the pine trees were being protected from processionary caterpillars, which was also fascinating. Toilets good, entry price good."

"A really well preserved palace, with grand walls surrounding it. Immediately as you walk up the stairs you are greeted with panoramic views of the orange tiled city of Perpignan. The tickets are very reasonably priced. You are able to walk around the courtyard in the centre, and around the whole perimeter of the palace, all areas are open. There are multiple signs describing the historical significance of each room."
