However, many find the seating to be uncomfortably cramped and hard, detracting from longer shows. Despite this, the friendly staff and convenient cafe contribute to a generally positive, albeit sometimes physically challenging, visit.

"Inside this unusually shaped building (a large red pomegranate) is a nice light airy space. Contemporary decoration in the foyer which does not detract from the purpose of the building.
There is a small cafe in the foyer area selling snacks and drinks including coffee, soft drinks and alcohol.
Staff were friendly and welcoming when approached. The acoustics of the building was quite good during the performance and we enjoyed our visit.
The thing that really blighted the visit were the cramped uncomfortable seats. I am 5ft 6 (1.68m ) and my husband is over 6ft, neither of us is overweight. I struggled with the space between the seats as my knees were touching the front of the seats in front. My husband ended up sitting at an angle in his seat to have enough space for his legs and we both ended up fidgeting because the foam seats were so hard. Imagine how cheap waiting room seats would feel after more than an hour of sitting with someone jammed in front in the next row and you can't move to another seat. This was very similar. We enjoyed the show but were very glad at the end of the performance. I would recommend bringing a cushion and if you are tall you will stuck for leg space."

"Unexpected red interior: floors and walls, no horizontal surfaces. Free wardrobe. Excellent view and acoustics from any chair"
