Located right in the centre of Rouen, is has three lanes in both directions with walkways both sides.
Traversing the river and developing waterside.
I ran underneath it on my parkrun.
It's a pretty busy thoroughfare and be mindful of the complexity of the lanes and slip roads, or you'll find yourself going back and forward trying to reach the boatyard and Aire Camp site. #only3times"
