"Was able to get a temporary card as a visitor for a month, allowing for facility and wifi use etc. Two of the ladies weren´t very friendly, at all, BUT the younger gentleman working there was SO. VERY. KIND. and patient, going out of his way to help me get set up and make sure I had everything I needed, especially after the bit rough start. It was so appreciated and really turned the entire experience around. He gets FIVE stars... the place gets 4 ;) I only wish they had a few more memoirs/biographies in English and that the books were a bit easier to find. I found the way they were mixed in together/sorted a wee bit confusing. But again, a great resource to be able to access even when a visitor. It was 12 euros for the month, with possibility for extension, which I found very fair. THANK YOU!"
