In a cabin inside the orchard a warden (and his dogs) awaits you in order to sell you a ticket and have some nice smalltalk.
The site itself in its dilapidated state does not tell you much, but rather impresses with its scope and massive basements, walls, arches, ladders, leading to nowhere, remnants of clay reservoirs and pipelines.
