"Worth seeing, but...
Unfortunately, during my visit, two young men in a very neglected state were near the bridge. I wanted to sit down on a bench and was asked several times for a lighter. The two of them were consuming something on the bench over. From their appearance (toothless), you can guess what it was...
It's a shame that nothing is being done about this. It wasn't pleasant for me as a rehabilitation guest, so I quickly made my way back."
