"After walking past the big roundabout by the Moselle River, we arrived at the square named after the Czech friendly city of Carlsbad. The fountains on the square symbolizing day and night and eternal power were also donated by the city of Carlsbad. The height of previous floods is prominently engraved on the wall of the hotel next to the fountain."
