This is basically a factory store, so you're getting the freshest candies for wholesale-like prices (especially compared to prices on Haribo in the U.S.)! Think large bags of candy for around $1.50!
This shop had pretty much every kind of Haribo candy you could ever want. The store doesn't have a big footprint, but they have stuffed every nook and cranny with gummi goodness. If you're looking for gummis by color, shape, flavor, and even self-serve, you're going to find it here! They have so much stuff, even vegetarian candy.
It's not just gummi candy either -- you can find souvenirs with Haribo's signature adorable bow-clad bear. This is a great spot for unique gifts from Germany.
We came out with several bags of candy, and, to the delight of our friends and coworkers, brought a few back with us on the plane. Everyone commented on the fun and unique flavors as well as the freshness of the products.
The store also has displays with the history of the company as well as a couple of fun photo ops with the mascot bear. I think this fun and free activity should be a must-stop for anyone who loves candy."
