"The laundry room is a bonus. It is located in Best Western which is right next door. The front desk of Courtyard gave us a card to access the laundry room located in the basement of Best Western. There are two washing machines and two dryers, both on the smaller end. the detergent is preloaded in the washer. In the laundry room, there is instruction on how to use the WeWash app to book a machine and pay. I went on a weekday afternoon and all machines were available. The room and machines were clean. The only reason I took one star off is the price: 5 euro for washing and 4 euro for drying, a bit pricier than the laundromats around the city."

"I was here with my husband while on businesses trip so I spent a lot of time in the hotel. Overall good. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a good job. Spent a few nights at the in house bar/restaurant because we were too tired to go out. One particular bartender ( Napsi) was the friendliest person here. She was professional and was a great young lady."
