"Bought tickets online the same day and was able to just walk-in. Great visit, not overcrowded and the parking lot on site made it even better. We were able to get hands on experience with everything my little one wanted. She was so excited to try everything even repeat many of the experiments. As an avid science lover myself this was a wonderful experience. The staff even demonstrated some of the experiments if the child needed assistance. The cafeteria was clean and the staff was very friendly. I can’t wait to come visit again during the shows on a Friday."

The Good:
The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
The entrance fee was reasonable, and overall, the experience was enjoyable for our child.
Many of the exhibits are hands-on and engaging, especially for younger kids with lots of curiosity.
What Could Be Better:
Ventilation: It was quite warm inside (about 26°C outside), and with no active ventilation besides a few open windows, the air felt stale with a bit of that old-building or library smell.
Accessibility: We only saw stairs at the main entrance. If there’s an accessible entrance, it wasn’t clearly marked. The elevator required a staff key to operate, and no staff were nearby to assist at the time.
Several exhibits were either unclear in how to use or simply not working. Some looked a bit worn down or out of order, which made it harder to fully enjoy the experience.
We didn’t find a café or snack area, though that could’ve been our oversight. Still, it’s good to know in advance that bringing snacks might be a good idea—especially with young kids.
While the museum has its flaws, it was still a fun outing for our 5-year-old, and there’s definitely value in what you get for the price. With a bit of upkeep and clearer signage, it could be a fantastic spot. For families planning a visit, just come prepared: bring snacks, water, and maybe a bit of patience."
