Reviews for Opernturm Frankfurt are mixed, with many praising its excellent location and modern amenities as a workplace. However, some visitors have reported negative experiences with building management regarding strict policies and a lack of helpfulness.
"The building management here is absolutely terrible. I accidentally dropped a bottle of Coke, and instead of offering any assistance, the staff rudely demanded that I clean it up myself. After I had cleaned it thoroughly, they had the audacity to ask for my name and company information, claiming that if someone were to fall, it would be entirely my fault. Ridiculously, they felt entitled to request my personal information over such an incident, showing no understanding or professionalism. It’s absurd to think that working here requires you to be overly cautious about every little mishap, or you risk being unfairly held responsible for someone else’s safety."
