Hotel is quite new so all rooms and esquipements are very modern and well maintained. Staff is at the same time friendly and efficient. If i have to go back to Hamburg i will definitely come back to this Motel One."

"As usual, Motel One is always my first choice if I travel in Europe. Hamburg-Fleetinsel is amazingly located. 15-20min walk to the Speicherstadt with the Opera House, Harbour and all attractions in this great area.
The rooms are super clean, the size is perfect for a great sleepover and the stuff is very friendly.
Now I have seen all Motel One in Hamburg, but this one is for sure one of my favourites, because the location is just perfect."

"Air conditioning & wifi didn't work at all. At first they claimed the a/c worked fine -- if "working" meant "blowing air" -- and finally after two hours offered us a new room. Thankfully the a/c in the new room worked.
Location is good but service stinks, price is high. Think twice."
