Is Metzingen worth a day?
I was searching for clothing at good prices within Germany, and I came across this outlet-city, Metzingen, that has an entire neighborhood of outlet stores, and it promises to have unbeatable prices. Do you germans know that place? Is it really worth for the low prices, or is it…
Metzingen outlet
Hello everyone. I have heard that there is an outlet near Stuttgart with a lot of good deals. How can someone get there if one doesn't own a car and how good are the deals there actually?? Thanks
🛍️ Check Store Sizes
Some stores are smaller than expected; larger brands like Boss and Gucci offer more space. :shopping_bags:
💧 Stay Hydrated (Affordably)
Be aware that bottled water can be pricey; consider bringing your own or using water fountains if available. :droplet:

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Outletcity Metzingen offers a wide array of international brands with potentially amazing discounts, attracting shoppers looking for designer deals. However, visitors should be prepared for crowds, especially during peak times, and be aware that store sizes and product selection can vary, with some items being older models. The convenience of public transport is a plus, but dining prices and limited luggage lockers are noted drawbacks.
"Wao! So many great brands staked-up at one place and discounts were amazing. Stopped there to see one black Jeans and ended up buying one black Jeans and one chinos plus lindt chocolates, gucci shoulder bag.
Parada shop was filled with good bags, just got late and missed my reserved bag pickup. But no worries, will touch it for sure on our next trip to Germany."

"Although its name seems as majestic from afar as an extinct volcano, it's now extinct. Traffic inside during Black Friday is a disaster. Finding a taxi is nearly impossible. # How many luggage lockers can you expect for a place that expects thousands of visitors a day? Not even 40, and they're constantly full. Even if you do find them, large suitcases haven't been considered at all. The lockers are small, and there's no alternative solution. ## The staff at the Welcome Center and Tax Refund office work tirelessly, but the lines never end. Even the outdoor areas are incredibly attentive and helpful, but the number of staff is woefully inadequate (I think they're the hidden heroes of this place). VIP customers probably have the longest waits. The parking lines are endless; most areas are full and require a fee. On a day like this, there's infrastructure work going on in many spots. ### The long checkout lines in the stores make it impossible to walk around. Most of the stores are very small compared to many outlets I've visited before (Boss, Armai, Gucci, Prad, Tommy was huge. There are few large stores). The selection is minimal, and there are very old models, which proves the name"outlet". It's impossible to see new series. In my opinion, this place is overloaded with attention, attracting far too much attention to justify its name! I'm giving Outletcity Metzinger a rating based on what I found comparing the unmet expectations thay have created. This is just my personal opinion."

"Amazing collection of many of the major fashion brands. Very nice location and good services all around!
Staff are really helpful, regardless in which shop you are, and prices are very reasonable.
Highly recommended if you are nearby."
