"First "Umadum" then high culture: Before the ground is broken for the new concert hall in the "Werksviertel-Mitte" district (a former factory site) near Ostbahnhof railway station, the site will temporarily be host to the "Umadum München", the biggest mobile Ferris wheel in the world.
