Reviews Summary

Visitors are consistently impressed by the sheer scale and uniqueness of the Schweinemuseum, with its vast collection of over 50,000 pig-themed items. While some find the concept odd, most agree it's a fascinating and fun experience, especially with the added bonus of a good restaurant and beer garden. However, a few note that the waitstaff can be less than friendly, and the 'adults only' section might be a surprise for some.

"How many pigs and pig based articles are on display? This is an obsessive collection and unique for sure. The sheer vastness of the collection is impressive - there is a good restaurant and beer garden as well as free parking."

M S

"Wired if the pig is not your favorite animal, however, quite impressive. Huge collection of pig and boar items, ranging from plates to stuffed animals, to candles. 🐗 🐖 They even have a calendar room that you can flip doors per day to see what pig is under your special dates. Enjoyable experience, even if pigs aren't your favorite animal. They have an adult exotic pig items room that you may want your kids to avoid. The beir garden is huge and has delicious food too."

Alicia Jobe

"Very interesting concept. Not very educational because it it just a bunch of pigs of every shape and size imaginable, but it was fun to go to with friends and gave us a good laugh. The restaurant was okay, but the waitstaff was not very friendly."
