"What an awful experience with the staff, especially the rude older blonde woman at reception.Offering zero kindness or helpfulness. When I asked why she was being so rude, she just continued with the same dismissive attitude.
If I could give negative stars, I would rate this place -10. I drove 300 km just to be treated with disrespect. I absolutely do not recommend this place—look for somewhere that actually values and respects its guests!"

"Overall, an excellent textile-free spa. Leans more toward sauna than bath, but still adequate with the pool offerings and excellent with the saunas. Aufguss offered every twenty minutes all day long in several saunas with scheduling clearly noted on monitor screens. The “in & out” pool is very nice, and is the warmest of the two main pools. I personally would like to have the big indoor pool warmer, and I may not be the only one, as on the Monday we were there, it was sparsely used compared to the warmer in/out pool and the two whirlpools which were well attended. Maybe the cooler pool is better for summer, but to me (and others) it was a bit too cool this winter day. A couple additional small warm (36-38C) pools would be my ultimate wish.
Anyway, the steam rooms, foot baths and relaxation rooms were plentiful and top-notch.
Very high marks for the food offerings and restaurant staff, as well as all of the facility staff.
Entrance was easy, and while it can be booked at reception, entry is best assured with online reservations.
I see no hesitation with the nudity aspect—all seeming irrelevant but for advanced hygene and ease of using pools, steams and saunas! Textile days are offered, however, the first Saturday of each month, for those so-inclined. I appreciate that it is not a “textile-optional” facility, which creates two factions among the guests: nude versus swimsuited. The relaxed attitude toward co-ed nudity is refreshing and liberating
Chip wristbands make locker operation easy and record any post-entry purchases for settlement upon departure.
