"I had the opportunity to visit this building during the Open House event. It’s a project built entirely with commercial interests in mind. Normally, such a building shouldn't be allowed in that area, but it was constructed under a "special permit." Architecturally, it has no particular appeal. Unfortunately, it's being marketed to people as an eco-friendly building. High-rise buildings don't bring happiness to communities. Inside, it will be nothing more than offices making money for a few people.
Not only does it ruin the beautiful silhouette of the port line, but it will also disrupt the local atmosphere and businesses in the surrounding streets."
