"the lady that was administering the place was very nice and she gave us a lot of info. this is privately own and the artifacts are collected from the inhabitants of Sitia. It's admirable that this house was not transformed into a hotel for guests where they could have collected much more money than keeping it as a cultural objective. good initiative, support it by visiting it and buying a ticket."

"We went there on a Friday and it was definitely worth the drive. Parking was a bit difficult but we did find a place about 15 minute walk away. Very good setup of the collection. We had a tour round the whole building by the lady of the house. She gave us a lot of information on the items that were on display. Thank you for the guiding."
