The ticket gives you access to the treasury (silversmithing work nearby: not the silver working museum) and the Mosque, which explains who Ali Pasha is.
With the audio guide, you get information on all three sites, and if you listen to everything could easily spend 1.5-2 hours wandering around the complex. Without it, it might take you 30 minutes?"
