I can say that it’s my one of the best places In Crimea!

"Very beautiful sightseeing. It's a shame it is under renovation, thus, not possible to go inside."

"The Castle building's front floor portion facing the sea their both right and left corner floor have tipped out beyond the cliff and looked like hanging in the air, visitors mingle infront or inside it will not discover the real situation. Imagine your legs are right on the slab which is actually zero contact with the ground, so it is time to do something before mishap happens.
It looks great, and feel like partaking a fairly tale while amazed by its beauty, and the serenity, but dangers is hidden, like the part hanging portion of the Castle's rear end at the edge of the cliff top, I think necessary enforcement steps should be taken."

The Architectural Marvel: Swallow's Nest
Despite its picturesque appearance, the castle has faced significant structural challenges over the years. Earthquakes and coastal erosion have taken their toll, leading to periods of closure and extensive renovation. Some reviews highlight concerns about the stability of the cliffside foundations, urging visitors to be cautious. The castle's unique position, seemingly suspended over the sea, adds to its allure but also underscores the importance of heeding safety warnings.
While the castle itself is a primary draw, the surrounding area also offers stunning natural beauty. The 'Grand Canyon of Crimea' moniker likely refers to the dramatic cliffs and coastal landscapes that provide a breathtaking backdrop to the Swallow's Nest. Exploring the viewpoints around the castle allows for appreciation of both the man-made wonder and the raw, natural splendor of the Crimean coast.
Navigating Safety and Renovation
Due to these structural issues, the castle has undergone significant renovation work over the years. This means that access to the interior may be restricted or entirely unavailable at certain times. It's crucial for visitors to check the current status of renovations and accessibility before planning their trip to avoid disappointment. While the exterior views are still spectacular, the inability to explore the inside can be a drawback for some.
Travelers are advised to exercise extreme caution when exploring the vicinity of the castle. Staying away from the immediate edges of the cliff and being mindful of any warning signs or barriers is paramount. The breathtaking views are undeniable, but safety should always be the top priority when experiencing this unique clifftop attraction.
