"After the Parliament building this was the most impactful building in Budapest in terms of its striking beauty and architecture. It was very Harry Potter’est looking in places. We walked up there ourselves starting at the Buda Castle and walking along the top which is the best way to explore the area. You can only enter the ramparts of the building with a ticket but you get equal views without having to go on the ramparts. It’s also stunning at night. Don’t forget to also check out the presidential palace near by."

Misunderstood what it's first, as its only few towers and a defence wall kind of structure with a restaurant in one of the passage ways, no museum. Need to pay for one of the higher towers, but we didn't. Needed to wait for picture opportunities, but was fine."
