"Better place than the Austrian beaches, more calm and relaxed. Clean, not too expensive. Plenty of space to put your towel or whatever. Toilets, changing cabins and some places to get food or drinks."
Jesper Bexkens
"The bus 7205 takes you to either Fertő-tó, vitorlástelep, which is the stop right next to the lake (310HUF) or to Fertőrákos, autóbusz-forduló, which is the stop on Fo St. Both depart from Sopron autobusz allomas. The number of buses take you to the lake is probably 5 to 6 per day. I thought the water was going to be blue but it looked muddy when I was there. There are some houses with interesting design on the exterior along the lake."
Long Hua Lee
"The only beach on the Hungarian side of the lake, has restaurants opened also in low season (when weather allows) and is ideal for wind and kite surfers.
