What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors often praise the Sundarbans for its stunning natural beauty, unique mangrove ecosystem, and the thrill of potential wildlife sightings, especially the Royal Bengal Tiger. The delicious local cuisine and serene boat experiences are frequently highlighted as positives. However, some guests have noted that the condition of certain accommodations can be below expectations, with issues like maintenance and cleanliness needing improvement.
"Medium standard Tour company.Their resort condition is not so good . Main problem is the Service Water as muddy pond water served . Big holes in false ceiling , Damaged door locks , Dirty window curtains , cracked & damaged floor , lot of Spider webs in all rooms . But their Quality ,Test & Quantity of all food is most satisfactory . Their tourist Guide & Launch performance is also good & non questionable . Excluding room condition , nothing is bad ."

"The ambience is good, amidst nature but the quality of rooms are too poor with spider webs hanging down from ceiling and no gyeser facility in bathroom, management needs to develop the courtesy & Hospitality among the caretakers, sadly even coffee wasn't available.
The swans added to the natural beauty of the place."

"Definitely the most beautiful and economically priced resorts on the island, the food is locally sourced and the staff is adept at handling and serving some of the most delectable dishes of bengali cuisine. Their villas can accommodate solo travellers, groups, couples, and families, and the size of the estate guarantees privacy and peace, all the rooms are Beautifully designed with modern amenities such as AC and western bathrooms, there is also a central pond with bamboo structures called "macha" to sit and relax, and there is a well ventilated hut with TV for meals with friends and family. The best experience I've had in Bengal till now and I recommend this to everyone visiting Dulki"
