1. Why 2 for rooms - not a management or owner fault - the location is always going to be damp due to the east-wind taking heavy clouds casuing the place to be misty all the time without any good winds so all the rooms have moisture inside, have a wierd smell on the good side the rooms are massive, well furnished and property well maintained.

"Very disappointed with my recent visit to Camel Valley Resort, Igatpuri on 20th September 2025. Despite booking a package through their sales team, the experience was marred by several issues.
Room Quality: The initially allotted room was substandard and had a foul odour. Upon request, I was upgraded to a better room with additional charges.
Pricing Discrepancy: I paid ₹12,840 for 3 people, whereas another family, who booked directly through online portal (Booking.com), paid ₹9,500 for 4 people for similar room. When I requested the receptionist to offer me the same deal, I was denied and told it was my mistake for booking through the sales team.
Unprofessional Behavior: The sales team person, Kehkasha, was rude and unhelpful during our interactions. Despite repeated requests, I was not provided with a clear justification for the pricing discrepancy.
Follow-up: I was eventually connected to a person claiming to be the Director, Pradeep Singh, who promised to look into the matter. However, it's been 7 days, and I haven't received any follow-up or resolution. I suspect that Mr. Pradeep Singh might not be a genuine representative.
Given the poor experience, I advise others to exercise caution when visiting this resort. I hope that the management will take necessary steps to address these issues."
