"This inn is located in prime spot and it is near to main tourist spots & hotels. At Affordable price, they provide good service. You can get tea, coffee and hot water at any time but food is not available. Non availability of food won't be problem because near you have many restaurants at walking distance. 24hrs water heater you will get. Good spot to stay with family at affordable price."

"We booked the hotel a day in advance, received a confirmed booking ID, and even called to reconfirm—the staff assured us the room was ready. Trusting that, our driver dropped us and left. But as soon as we entered, before we could even show our details, an elderly staff member bluntly said, “Rooms are full, go away.”
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If there was any issue with the booking, the hotel should’ve communicated it clearly in advance. Dismissing guests like this without explanation shows complete unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy."
