What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Malampuzha Yakshi statue as an artistic marvel and the gardens as a beautiful, serene escape. The ropeway and dam views are also highlights, offering a pleasant experience for families and couples. However, some reviews mention poor infrastructure and cleanliness issues, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance.
"One of the most famous in Kerala, the Yakshi by Kanhai Kunjiraman stands, or rather, sits in Malampuzha garden below the Malampuzha dam. Once upon a tine it was the star attraction of the garden and almost all the visitors did come to see it as well. But now the nude Yakshi does not have many viewers. We can see it well from the Rope Way. So most people do not walk all the way to the end of the garden to see her. Whatever it is, Yakshi is beautiful, a fine example of Kunjiraman's exceptional talent."
