"Hi, I definitely took your service but you never shared any formal receipt/voucher. The reason for lower rating is because you had promised more than 10 minutes of ride upto 15 minutes if wind conditions were favourable. But the ride lasted hardly 5-6 minutes (I have the recordings for both me and my wife). Moreover, its not 50% off. The standard rate itself is 1500. You guys inflate it to 3200 and then offer 50% discount on that."
