The tiled passage up to the point was easy to navigate and felt inviting. Despite being one of the more modest viewpoints in Matheran, Lord Point has its charm. It wasn’t overcrowded when I visited, so I could linger in peaceful solitude, absorbing the scenery and even spotting the occasional wandering monkey. I’d recommend going either right after rains or during monsoon when the greenery is lushest and staying a little past sunset for dramatic skies. Simple, quiet, and undeniably beautiful a serene little escape that’s well worth the visit."
