"Nawegaon Nagzira Tiger Reserve (NNTR) is one of the most Bio Diverse Forest's in Maharashtra. Nawegaon and Nagzira Zones are connected by buffer and a corridor but the gates for both zones are about 70km apart. The main entry gate for Nagzira are Chorkhamara and Pitezari. The main entry gate for Nawegaon are Kholi and Jambdi. Nawegaon National park hosts a large lake which has recently been declared as a Bird Sanctuary. It is visited by thousands of Migratory birds in winters. your own SUV car is permitted inside the park with nature guides. Koka Wildlife Sanctuary is also part of NNTR. Nature guides are mostly available at entry gates. Safari timings are from 6am to 10am and 2pm to 6pm. Also jeep safari are available at the Gates. Their are also stay options inside the park which can be booked online on maha Eco tourism website."
