"Definitely not close to a 5-star property — it feels more like a 2-star hotel. The strangest part was a notice saying “Park vehicles at your own risk” — something I’ve never seen in any reputed hotel.
Rooms are average and the property mostly caters to wedding guests. We had booked a king bed room, but were given twin beds, and even after raising the concern, no change was made.
The breakfast buffet is quite limited, though the restaurant staff and service were genuinely good. The location is also inconvenient — it’s on the outer side of the city, and we got stuck in traffic for nearly an hour right outside the hotel.
Overall, only the serving staff deserves appreciation; everything else is below average. Even the check-out process took around 20 minutes, despite no pending payments or formalities."
