Fontainhas.
Been here, there’s also a Church here that’s really good, and a Cafe - Bombay Coffee Roasters that has a very good dark aesthetic, Viva Panjim is also a nice place to eat to get some Portuguese cuisine.

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Fontainhas is lauded for its picturesque, colorful Portuguese architecture, offering a charming walk through history. Visitors appreciate the 'mini-Europe' vibe and well-maintained heritage buildings. However, some find it less engaging than expected due to photography restrictions and limited parking, with mixed reviews on cafe quality.
"Plz,focusing on preserving its heritage: DOs include keeping noise down, respecting private property, using dustbins, and being careful with photography; DON'Ts are littering, blocking roads for pics, speeding/driving wrong way, stepping on walls/property, and being loud. Goa Tourism has installed signs for these guidelines, emphasizing low noise, respect for architecture, and responsible tourism to maintain the area's peaceful, historic atmosphere."

"It's kind of overhipped place due to so called instagram, it feels like we are intruders for the local people who is trying to live there peacefull life and for sake of instagram post place is made into kiosk.. kindly keep in mind not to make noice in locality and respect locals and there private property it's not photography zone everywhere ,I left the place looking all of that, though kindly try 31 de janeiro the oldest cafe in the locality which has yumy local flavours in affordable price."
