What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pathamadai Mat Weavers Village is celebrated for its high-quality, traditional reed mats and crafts. Visitors appreciate the intricate designs and the opportunity to see the weaving process. However, there are significant concerns regarding the reliability of online orders, with many customers reporting non-delivery and poor communication.
"Mr. Sulaiman of this shop has not supplied the attached item. Payment was made for 2 items on Jan192025 for delivery by 20th Feb 2025. He kept avoiding our calls and shipped one item in April first week. After that he did not answer our calls and messages. Finally he sent a voice message assuring that he will dispatch the missing item in a weeks time on 6th April. Not answering our calls and we are now into the 4th week of May. Why he is cheating like this is something only he alone knows. Avoid placing orders with this company. Probably purchase from the shop is a better option. Unreliable and avoidable."
