I had reached to prayagraj junction from basti , travelling in Vande Bharat. The train was on time and arrived on platform 9. From there have to take another train to Sambalpur that is jammutavi sambalpur express from platform 5, the train was couple of hours late. I had quick conversation with some other passengers as well and their trains were also running late.
There was layover between my trains. There is not quite a well arrangement for staying on railway station platform. There is one AC waiting hall and that too on platform number 1. There is some AC lounge, but that was locked.
Cleaning was good , outside of the railway station view was also good and eyesoothing
Arrangement of staying passengers can be improved, as it represents the state's Sangam culture. Expectation is more."
