"Here is to the common knowledge that we Catholics treat the church office staff with respect and reverence so in return mostly everyone would expect the church official to behave appropriately . In India church officials who write mass, who do other church services feel as if they are the biggest saints in the world - some because they volunteer some because who knows what. Wake up people, people who come to you come to you for help, look up to you for guidance - don't push them away with your rude behaviour. My family members had gone to offer mass the other day at this church and the staff here “Shalini” acted all high and mighty please get your attitude in check - we pay for masses not free. Secondly we are grieving you might think it’s ok but it’s not … get a reality check humanity has died in your heart, you have lost the kindness you showed while taking this position. Shalini I felt was behaving rude only to us and was being nice to others. Also she had a lot of suggestions what to do what not even though no one required her unsolicited advise. The priests shouldn’t hold to such staff remember just because you are in India you can be rude come out of that country you will know your worth. I feel Shalini has collaborated with some local funeral houses to give trouble to people who have not used their services. I normally wouldn’t give anybody a 1 star review neither does this church deserve it cause it has been my sanctuary for years but people working here - that one star is for you also cause Google doesn’t give me to give u a zero star review. I will be writing a complaint to the bishop and whoever concerned about this church owner “Shalini”."

"am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit to arrange my brother’s funeral Mass. Our family has always considered this one of the most beautiful churches, and in the past we have had very positive experiences with the staff.

However, this week I encountered behaviour from staff member Shalini that was very upsetting during an already difficult time. She was dismissive, spoke rudely, and did not take the time to check the Mass list or assist properly. Her attitude made the process far more stressful for us, especially given that we were grieving.

As someone who represents the church, I believe it is important that staff uphold the values of kindness, compassion, and respect. I am sharing this not to complain unnecessarily, but in the hope that such experiences can be avoided for other families going through emotional situations.
