What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Sachiko's Point is praised for its prime waterfront location, direct mall access, and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the rooftop pool views and the convenience of having numerous dining and shopping options right next door. However, some rooms are noted as being dated, and there are occasional remarks about the breakfast service lacking personalized touches and extra charges for beverages and laundry being higher than expected.
"I couldn’t have picked a better hotel to arrive at after 10 days on a boat. I just wanted a comfortable bed and to feel clean. The front desk staff was welcoming with a huge smile and a kind word. In fact every staff member went out of their way with a smile and a greeting. This is really an all around well run hotel.
The room was clean and just perfect. It had everything one would want or need. The well decorated room had a bathrobe, the standard toiletries for this part of the world ( toothbrush, comb, shower-cap…) The hotel has a nice view, it is on the water and it has a pool.
The buffet breakfast is enormous. I don’t think there is anyone who couldn’t find something to satisfy their taste buds. My friend has celiac disease so she must eat gluten free and the Chef in the Hotel’s Chinese restaurant was so kind. He took the time to discuss her options and assured us that he would make her something safe to eat. He did that and the food was delicious. If you want other food options follow the signs to the mega mall attached to the hotel.
The location of this hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. . It is on the water with a nice view of the island of Bunaken. It is also attached via the parking garage to two huge malls where you can find everything from food, electronics, clothing, a bowling alley and on a weekend tons of people."

"Location is great, connected to mall and give the option of ocean view.
Room design is unique, with a mix of classic and new. Beds are comfy and pillows are as per usual four points/sheraton standard. Makes a very good night sleep.
Front desk service is great. Very welcoming and generous with smiles. Though breakfast service may need to be improved, as I believe its not as other Four Points standard. Such as, usually in other Four Points and/or Mariott groups we were asked about what we would like to drink coffee or tea (here nope). They also dont have non-dairy option milk.
But food is great, just the service missing small details that we usually get in other four points."

"Stayed here for 4 nights. The location is great as it's connected to the mall. The breakfast is great, with varieties of different local pastries and main menu each day. I also utilized the gym, which has treadmills, cable machine and free weights which is solid enough.
The staff is great as I received a welcome letter and small fruit platter when I checked in to my room. My wife and I also tried the couple massage which was also good and affordable. If we are back here on holiday again, we'll stay here."

The proximity to the mall also means easy access to essentials and souvenirs. While the breakfast is varied, ensuring there are kid-friendly options is usually not an issue given the buffet style.
